    Site Analysis

    The design process begins with a map showing existing conditions, utilizing a survey (if available) or an overlay to a GIS map. After analyzing the site and creating a base map of the property, information drawn from the client, the site, and surrounding environment will be synthesized in the form of concept drawings.

    Concept Drawings

    Concept drawings should inspire the client to see the potential in their landscape, and help the client choose between alternatives without getting into details quite yet. The plan is further refined through schematic design, until all design elements are solidified.

    Construction Drawings

    Once the plan is refined we move into all details that will make the plan come to life. Design details for the hardscape, site features, landscape walls and steps are created to help guide construction.
